Coed Outdoor Soccer

soccer3Through practice and game play, individuals are taught teamwork and sportsmanship as well as the Four Core Values of the YMCA; Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. This 7-week league is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of soccer according to the appropriate age level. 


Mighty Mites (3-4 years old) 

The first portion of the evening consists of practice, with a short game to follow. Games are played on Monday evenings. Shin guards are required and they must be provided by the participant. 


Youth Co-ed (5-14 years old) 

Players have one practice per week with their team. Games are played on Saturdays. Shin guards are required and they must be provided by the participant.

Jr High Girls Volleyball

image4Bump, Set, Spike, and Score! Learn the fundamentals of volleyball through this program for girls in 6th-8th grade. Practices are every Friday evening with a 3-game match to follow.

Youth Basketball


Winter Basketball Leagues

Our youth co-ed basketball programs maximize the positive effects of athletics by emphasizing healthy competition and promoting teamwork. The Y focuses on the life lessons than can be learned from sports, and our coaches strive to instill a positive self-image in each player.  Each winter, more than 275 area youths, ages 3-14, participate in the Y’s youth basketball leagues. Practices and games will get underway in early January. Each player will receive a team t-shirt and participation award.


MIGHTY-MITE (3-4 Years)

This 7-week co-ed league is designed to teach 3 & 4 year olds the basic fundamentals of basketball. The first portion of the evening consists of practice followed by a short game. The league is played on Monday evenings.


YOUTH (5-14 Years)

This 7-week co-ed league is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of basketball according to the appropriate age level. Players have one practice per week with their team. Practice night preference and special requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Games are played on either Friday nights or Saturdays.

Through practice and game play, children are taught the basic fundamentals of baseball, teamwork, and sportsmanship, as well as the core values of the YMCA: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. 

Mighty Mites Co-Ed T-Ball (3-4)

  • Monday night practices followed by games each week

Does your child enjoy both soccer and baseball? Then we have the sport for them! This 4-week league is a great transition from indoor soccer to t-ball, as it improves kicking skills as well as incorporates the rules of t-ball.
