SEASON DATES

Regular season practice begins the week of September 12th, 2011 and will continue through February and may continue into April depending on qualifying times. Holiday practice updates will be given throughout the season. Swimmers that qualify for the district, area/state meet and nationals will continue to practice through the meet dates.

STROKE CLINICS

The stroke clinic is highly recommended for all swim team members. It begins on August 29th and runs through September 9th. (Regular season practice will begin the week of September 12th.) Two days will be spent on each of the four competitive strokes. The fee for the stroke clinic is $25. If you register for the stroke clinic at the same time as the swim team, you will receive a $10 discount.

PRACTICE DAY/TIME

Practices are held on:

• Mondays - 3:55-5:00 pm, 6:25-7:30 pm
• Tuesdays - 6:25-7:30 pm
• Wednesdays - 3:55-5:00 pm, 6:25-7:30 pm
• Thursdays - 6:25-7:30 pm
• Fridays - 4:00-5:30 pm

DRY LAND TRAINING

Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in October.
