In Group Cycling, you will pedal to motivating music as the instructor takes you on a 45-60 minute ride of your life. This is a great low impact cardiovascular challenge. Be prepared to work up a sweat! Classes are targeted for beginner/ intermediate/advanced fitness levels. Check out the video for a class preview.

Rules of the Road

  • Must have a reservation number to participate.
  • Please bring a towel & water to class.
  • Please silence all electronic devices.
  • Make sure that all adjustments are tight before beginning class.
  • If your feet slip from the pedals, use brake to make pedals come to a complete stop before attempting to put feet back into pedals.
  • Compete with yourself, not with other class participants.
  • Upon completion of class, please place all adjustments to their “max level”, keep adjustments loose, & wipe down bikes with cleaning supplies.
